All engagements governed by separate SOW or Engagement Letter specifying scope, deliverables, timelines, fees. Engagement Letter prevails in conflicts. Fees non-refundable once work commences.
All frameworks, methodologies, templates remain BrownFort’s exclusive IP. Clients receive non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for engagement deliverables.
Client materials remain Client property. BrownFort uses them solely for agreed Services.
All content copyright-protected. Share links freely; reproduction requires written consent.
Strict confidentiality for all Client information. No third-party disclosure without consent except as required by law. Survives termination for 5 years. Technical partners bound by equivalent agreements.
Personal data processed per our Privacy Policy and applicable laws including GDPR, DPDPA, UAE PDPL, and US state privacy laws.
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific engagement. No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. No guarantee of specific regulatory outcomes.
